When you place a goods order, the personal information you provide may be transferred to a payment service provider (eg PAYPAL, SKRILL, Gopay, OkPay) that acts as the data processor. This information will only be processed by the payment service provider to process your payment order. Otherwise your personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
We do not sell information about you as an individual or your personal use of the site.
Credit Card Security
AUTODEKOR s.r.o. does not pass on the buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to
- to track the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item
- to save delivery addresses when the address book is used
- to save your data when you select the "Remember Me" option.
Collected data from AUTODEKOR s.r.o. are used to:
- to record and execute sales orders,
- manage and improve the service and usability of the website,
- to allow the customer access to his or her stored data (eg customer account)
- Check customer account status beyond the data required for single purchases,
- to disclose information to third parties for delivery of goods,
- We do not collect financial details, credit or debit cards.

AUTODEKOR s.r.o. has taken security measures to protect you against loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide. We encrypt your personal information, including your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using SSL. Secure Server Certification Authority RSA Data Security Inc US and Thawte SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protect your online transactions. Thawte Inc. is a leading provider of public key infrastructure and digital certificates used by businesses and consumers to conduct secure transactions over the Internet and private networks. Browsers that allow the use of SSL technology on our website require the use of an SSL-compatible browser such as Netscape 4.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, 5.0 AOL Client for PC or 5.0 AOL Client for Mac. You can not use Secure Mode if you have an older version of an Internet browser that does not support secure transactions if your computer is on a local area network (LAN) that uses a firewall that prohibits secure transactions. If Secure Mode is not available, please select one of our offline options to place your order.
SHIPPING & MAILING
We ship all packages via UPS, DPD and GLS. The delivery of the Dash Trim Kits and the production can take up to 4 working days (the day of purchase is not counted). Express deliveries in 12-24 hours are possible for a surcharge of 20,00 Euro. On request, gift boxes are also available at an additional cost.
Due to technical requirements, the production time for kits in 3D3M materials can be up to 7 working days.
The average shipping time is 2-6 business days in the EU.
Shipping to post office boxes or APO addresses may take more than 10 business days! If possible, please do not use post office boxes or APO addresses for fast and smooth delivery.
International shipping may take more than 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
We are not responsible for the service transit time. This information is provided by the delivery service and excludes weekends and holidays.
Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak times.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN 4191/5000
If you are dissatisfied with the product you bought from us, you can return it.
All products must be in perfect condition, in original packaging and provided with 3M tape.
Custom made or kits with custom parts will not be refunded. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to get the return number.
Return address and instructions
The return number must be visibly attached to the parcel. The customer is obliged to obtain the tracking number for the returned items as soon as he has handed over the package to the delivery service. The customer agrees to bear the costs for the return shipment itself!
Each item returned without a return number requires additional work on our part to classify the return. Therefore, in the absence of the return number, an additional fee of 15% of the price of the goods will be charged.

We are a small family business that works from morning to night in production. Unfortunately, we do not always have the opportunity to respond immediately to customer requests. However, we are ready to solve any problem associated with ordering goods as soon as possible. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from reporting conflicts with PayPal and to contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding.

Dash Trim kits can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returned items should be received in our office no later than 45 days after the purchase date. Absolutely no return will be accepted after this time.
Replacement of AUTODEKOR s.r.o. for another model or for the same product in different materials
Could be made in 30 days after the date of purchase and subject to 30% restocking fee, unless there was our processing error.
Rebuilt kit must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and 3M tape has not been removed.
Buyers are required to pay for returns. NO returns, refunds or exchanges for exchanged products, unless our manufacturing defect or product has been damaged.
All other items may be replaced (replaced) with the same unit within 30 days if damage or factory defects are discovered upon receipt.
Standard Return Procedure applies to all types of exchanges, please contact us for Return Authorization Number and Instructions.
Cancellation - Orders canceled on the day of purchase will be 100% refunded.
Orders canceled after the day of purchase will be charged 20% -30% (subject to the item) top up fee.
If the order is already shipped, you will need to go through the return policy described above.
| DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If the product has been damaged or maltreated by COURIER during shipment, you must contact your local office and claim for damages.
The transport damage is the sole responsibility of the delivering carrier. All claims must be made by the customer directly to the carrier.
Claims must be made at the time the package is submitted.
After we have received the approval from COURIER, the new products will be sent back to you.
Please return undamaged product to us. Contact us for replacement or return / exchange authorization number and instructions if you need to return.
